Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade and your card is prorated immediately. Downgrade and the change applies at your next renewal — no overage charges, no clawbacks.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a back-and-forth exchange between a visitor and Aurora that ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Multiple messages within that window count as one.
Is there a free trial on the paid plans?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial — no credit card required. The Starter plan is free forever (200 conversations/month).
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed up front and save you 20%. You can switch to monthly at renewal, and we prorate the unused portion if you upgrade mid-cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes — 50% off any paid plan for verified non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Email founder@neuralpress.io with proof and we'll set you up.
What if I outgrow the Growth plan?
